Merry Christmas....

Santa, I used cyber space to send my letter this year.

MY WISH LIST FOR SANTA....

PEACE ON EARTH

I became aware of this song this year thought it was new until i "googled" it....Maybe long ago I started my Christmas wish list with the same wish because of this song...

and since that is a mighty big thing to fit in a sleigh...i also want BOOKs....I love books...most anything i will read...want the Twilight series, Celestial Proficiencies...to name a couple....

May the spirit of Christmas find all, and the gift of acceptance be gifted to those that need it. (thats for the anti christmas lovers, I have my rights too! and I LOVE CHRIST in MASS.

To the smartest man of all....

Life as we know it,
life as we learned,
life as we age,
changes every turn.

Life as we age,
lessons tend put away,
but, visit the past,
with a challenge you may,

A campfire game i think we should play,
my money on my child on that family Christmas day.
Maybe Taylor could beat her, maybe john if he tried,
but father I fear if you don't study, your tied.

See Melissa has seen through a hole in your knowledge,
she tested your strength while you visited last.
The little girl laughed and she had such a blast....

So family and friends on our Christmas day,
I challenge you all to a game that we play....

Are you smarter than a first grader? Come Christmas day.
The questions are simple and many would think,
that since we all graduated from high school,
we would know in a wink....

But I warn you my friends, this school is torture,
It challenges the minds of an educational soldier.

Dads taking us to the chocolate cherry plant in Feb...

Meet my new friend, she joined us in answer to a job application i posted on Craigs List and thanks to them we have no more little rodent terrorist, or if we do my boarder patrol have it under control.

They kind of resemble the picture above as they anxiously await for Thanksgiving dinner.

Not every ones tummies were so happily waiting....

...but finally dinner was done, at three, and everyone ate their fill. By ten most of the left overs were gone. This year I did not bother looking for the inevitably missing cook book of my past...figured after all these years I would challenge my brain...no recipes...dinner was AMAZING if I say so myself...hehe...thanks Tara for teaching me a new way to make sweet taters, one my kids love to eat...
